As an animal lover and part time breeder I started to experience a whole list of problems with commercially available cages. First I noticed the lack of options in cage sizes. There were standard sizes that never seemed to fit on any piece of furniture I had. In addition to this they were extremely heavy, plastic pieces would break, fabric would deteriorate, glass would crack, and screens would rust. I couldn't take the glass aquariums outside because they would get super-heated and when I used any type of mesh, the animals would constantly get cage rub. I looked everywhere for an alternative cage that would meet my needs and found nothing even close. So instead of waiting around for something to come along, I set out to find a better way to make cages. What I ended up with is what you see before you.
